Vendor Registration

Starting in 2019, our goals for the RRFS include supporting a vibrant local food community, providing opportunities for conversations about all the parts of this region’s agricultural sector, and connecting urban folks with their farming neighbours. Each year we add new features to the market- offering opportunities for allied groups to share their message with an eager audience and to provide customers with more reasons to visit.

During the outdoor Producer Market (10:00am to 4:00pm) vendors have face-to-face interaction with the public to sell local or farm raised products of all kinds. This is a prime opportunity for visitors to learn about your farm, to get to know first-hand about your philosophy and farming techniques, and to ask questions.

In the evening (5:30-9:00 PM), we have a limited and exclusive open-air, chef-created Dinner Experience, again, in the wonderful setting of George Pegg Botanic Garden. Local producers providing products to the dinner will have a chance to introduce their farm to the attendees, expanding their market to even more buyers.

The George Pegg Botanic Garden is a beautiful setting. Each vendor is allotted ample space for a 10 x 10’ display. We can make accommodations to meet your specific needs. There is vehicle access to the set-up site and includes vendor parking near by. Potable water is available on site. The Garden has reliable wi-fi for online sales transactions. The RRFS planning committee has a comprehensive promotions campaign. We post online profiles for every vendor and visitors receive a flyer listing all vendors. Admission is free to visitors. We offer Garden tours, have children’s activities, and historic displays- all to encourage visitors to extend their stay.

If you are interested in being a vendor with a table at the showcase market and/or contributing to the culinary dinner, please contact us with your farm and product details and how you would like to be involved.
