Tai Chi in the Garden (11 am & 2 pm)

Join Lynne Dunsmuir leading shibashi style tai chi. Shibashi is an 18-move exercise routine that is quite simple to learn so don’t be shy; it’s easy, fun, and relaxing.  Take-home information to learn more about this gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.  Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a smile.

Admission to the garden by donation.
